A warm welcome to IsabelleAroundTheWorld.com

MY BACKGROUND
I have done a lot of backpacking across Europe, I have been twice to Nepal, Bhutan a secluded Himalyan country, Peru, but the most amazing trip was on the Trans-Siberian Railway in 2004. It really changed me. I have learn a lot about people and about myself.
I love challenges, I want to go to my limits, I want to understand and experience the world around me, the different cultures, and now I am eager tho share my experiences with others.
One to one connection is better to understand each others, may be it is the best way for a world peace, it is well know that famous dictators where the worst travellers.

MY BLOG, MY PICTURES, MY BOOKS…
I first started gathering my travel pictures on a Global travel community website called Globosapiens in December 2005.
Since then, over 2,623,000 people have visited my page and seen my pictures. That’s why, upon an idea and with the help of my friend Author and Journalist J.N. Paquet, we created this website in 2006, so that I could at last put into words what I had seen, experienced and enjoyed during my trips around the world.
In 2011, again with the support and logistics of J.N. Paquet, we decided to launch a series of travel books titled “Isabelle Around The World,” where all my adventures and all my pictures would be published and available to all on Amazon.com and other retailers. The first volume, “The Trans-Siberian Railway,” was published in early 2011.
I hope that this new website and my books inspire others to follow their dreams too!
Travel, discover the world and take photographs… this is what I really like!
My motto is “It is far more better to have seen it once than to have heard about it a thousand time.” (Mongolian saying)
